If you are doing a garter toss at the wedding, are you supposed to buy 2 garters - one to throw and one to keep? I know that I am getting an extra bouquet to toss and I didn't know how it worked with the garter. Does anyone know?

you can buy it as a set... i did but were not using the throw one...
