Hello Everyone! This is my first time posting on this website. I'd like to start by saying that this website and all your comments, have been extremely helpful when making decisions about vendors and trying to get ideas. My FH and I are now at that point in the wedding planning process where we have lots of little details to finish up!! One of them being my garter. Can anyone reccomend someplace I could get a garter personalized/monogrammed? And is it customary to purchased 2 garters, one to wear and one to toss? Anyone that give me some assistance, I would greatly appreciate it!!

Hi, I ordered 2 garters on ebay. It is fast, easy , and inexpensive.

They are pretty with a monogram...

Don't know about where to get them, I'm not planning on one myself but my MOH wore two. The first one was kept on and I believe blue and the second was tossed and white.

I'm having 2 garters.....
my best friends bought me an Irish Lace garter which I would NOT throw. I'll get a 'throwing garter' as well...which will probably double as my something blue
I also had 2 garters. My mom bought me one and the other was given to me from the Bridal Salon the day I picked up my gown.

Hi, I bought two...a really nice monogramed one in blue from www.angelthreadsnyc.com, which I kept and a cheapy one, which I tossed. I wore both of them on the wedding day.
