Garters?

I almost forgot about this.
Where did you girls get yours? How far up or down your leg are you supposed to wear it?

Just asking because I was looking on etsy (wow tooo many 1000s to go through!!! ) and some ask for measurements.

I'm not sure where exactly on the leg your supposed to put it. mid thigh or close to knee?

I got mine off of Etsy. I don't think it matters how far down your leg you wear it, I think you wear it to where you are comfortable. When I ordered it off Etsy, it didnt give me a size. I actually didn't even think of that!! AHH Do you have an idea as to what kind of garter you want? I had an idea, so didn't search through many, thank god!!

I wanted a Yankee garter, Igot mine from sew unique garters...its beautiful! Fast shipping too

I ordered mine for Etsy as well. The seller was Sheer Satin and Lace. I absolutely love mine. We are not doing a garter toss, so I just bought the regular one for my FH's eyes only. I actually bought one that was camo and had a deer on it because he loves hunting, camping, backpacking etc...., and thought he would like it, being that he keeps asking me if he can wear a camo vest for the wedding lol ( he knows I would kill him lol)

I looked the seller up again and on hers it says when fully stretched it measures 24 inches. I also only paid $12. I would totally recommend this seller! ANd I think you can wear it on any part of you thigh, just place it where you feel comfortable. HTH! Good luck garter shopping!

So many different types! Everyone's is so different.

I think I want a vintage looking one, not tacky looking, and not one that'll be pinching/itchy or that will fall off! That's all I need is to feel it falling down or itchy as I'm walking down the aisle

Maybe ivory with a little bit of blue? Or a pail blush.

At this moment I'm pretty much decided against a toss unless someone really wants me to do it, but I would like a decent looking one.

Again I didn't think of a toss one, wasn't even going to buy one, but when I saw the one I was going to get on Etsy, it actually already came with a toss garter!! You never know, it may come with one, if that is what you want!

i got mine from party city for $5. it's white and has a sparkly thing in the middle holding together the bow. im putting it a few inches above my knee!
