Gauged Earrings/Plugs or Flesh Tunnels?

Does anyone wear plugs/gauges/or flesh tunnels instead of traditionally pierced ears?

I wear a 0-00 gauge and always was fine with them though the more I think about my dress (strapless sweetheart) and hair (up) I am thinking that something beside my typical stainless steel tunnels are in order.

So, where can I find pretty/classy earrings to fit my stretched holes? Thank you a million times in advance to anyone that can help!
