i just found out the last policy and the new policy didnt have mine & FH's 6hr def driving cert applied.... andthey were telling me 20 different stories... had to fax it in again and then 1 guy says he applied it i check and nothing the next guy says theres no fax.. finalllyyyyyy since 9am and like 50 phone calls at 1:20pm its resolved lol
