Gel manicure? Glue manicure?

Gel manicure? Glue manicure?

So I used to have acrylics then I went with wraps - now I've been trying to stick with my natural nails but the polish doesn't last more than a day or two. Has anyone heard of a gel manicure or a glue manicure? TIA

I have done gel manicure. It looks good for about 2 days but then it cracks. When it cracks you have to peel it off because water can get underneath and cause fungus. I tired it a few weeks ago and I liked it at first but now I hate it because its half way peeled off my nail and it looks horrible. Needless to say I have an appointment this afternoon to get my wraps put back on

Thanks! DOes it look like a wrapped nail - because thats the only thing - I like how natural nails are thin...know what I mean?

From my experience the glue manicure is only for when you have silk wraps. I get a glue every week but I have my nails wrapped...The polish stays so nicely...

my friend did a gel manicure w/ her natural nails and it lasted her 3 weeks. I did one thinking it was similar and it was for like 4 days. Its gotta be the right kind, they do look like fake nails, kinda thick and bulky but they are beautifl. I haven't seen them in NY b/c i'd been looking for a place. I'll let you know if i find one.

My nails always look like this (sometimes without a design though)

Im not sure what it is called but it isnt white tips. I get white acrylic and pink acrylic and I only get a fill in every 3 weeks. Every 2 fill ins or so they refill the white acrylic.

I have had it the same way for like over a year and I absolutely love it. You barely notice when they start to grow out cause it blends in with your nail
