My cousin had her shower this past weekend and the theme was gerber daisies. Her FSIL bought some that morning and arranged them in small vases for the tables outside. The daisies lasted through the sun, then the pouring rain. We brought them in that night and didn't want to throw them out because they are so beautiful. Now it is 3 days later and they look just as perfect. I know some girl were nervous that they might not hold up, but they still look wonderful so have no fear!

that's great to know! i am having gerber daisy's for my august wedding... they with be on every other row on the outer chairs with tule and also mixed in with the bm's bouquets and also on the arbor

Gerberas are my favorite.
I wanted to put them out for my e-party, but when I metioned it- the restaurant owner got insulted b/c he puts flowers on the tables already...lol they do last a long time though!
