I felt the need to get away too, so next weekend, we are going upstate to go snow tubing and stay at a hotel for two nights with an indoor pool.
I thought it would be fun!

Baltimore!!
You could walk by the harbor, eat on the water, shopping....we did a tour of Camden Yards which was really cool as well!

Try the North Fork - Greenport for exaple. Lots to do there nowadays, and the B&Bs are having special winter rates.

Me, I leave for SoB and Key West tomorrow!! Can't wait, I need to get out of the basement!!

Ooh ooh ooh--LOVE Mystic!!!! We stayed at a GREAT Bed & Breaskfast right on the water.....let me find the link....ah, here we go

Inn at Harbor Hill

The rooms were great--the breakfast was wonderful, and the price was right. LOVE Mystic!!! Went to the seaport, had GREAT lobster dinners, went Kayaking down the river (although a bit cold to do that now)......saw some dolphins from the B&B owner's boat (he took us on a tour of the sound)....What a FABULOUS trip (and inexpensive and close)

ETA: Pictures!!!! Yay!! We love Mystic!!!!
