Does any of you ladies ever get disgusted with FH ..... with stupid s h i t ?? I'm scared so many people said so much bad **** about getting married ... I know that his good outwieghs the stupid things but I just wanted to know if it was just me!! I love him to death but I'm scared...

I think that is normal...you just have to make sure like you said, that the good outweighs the bad...it is normal to feel afraid but i think part of that is just listening to all the bad things people say about marriage. You have to realize, you are not them..theya re not you and your life is different and your relationship is different...take what people say with a grain of salt..listen to it and learn from their mistakes, but don't think that youre life and marriage will be like that...

Yep, I totally feel ya!!!!! I get scared too... all the time... I didnt wanna say anything cuz I didnt know if it was normal or not... Everytime we fight I'm like, 'OMG Should we not be getting married?' We got into something really bad this weekend, yet stupid of course and I sit here thinkin wow.. maybe this just isnt going to work, but then we're always back to normal again...
It like makes me mad when I hear girls on here saying 'oh fh is just the besssst...he is mr. wonderful' but then I tell myself that they have their issues too... they just dont air their dirty laundry like i do

It's not you! i think every guy does stupid things. as long as the good outweighs the bad. and don't listen to other people and what they say about marriage..everyone's situation is different.

yeah, like when I'm doing his laundry, mowing the lawn, grilling (what man doesn't grill? mine!), when he gets up from the dinner table and doesn't clear his plate, I can go on....

Heres a few things to get used to...
Farting, belching etc.
When they get sick you have to deal with it
If he plays video games, its a pain in the a$$ very loud i might add.
OH and last if theyre in a bad mood, depending on their personality, leave them be...let them blow off steam alone.
BUT....
The best part is knowing youre going home to that person every night. I honestly wouldnt give it up for the world. We're living together almost a year and YES we have fought and slammed doors and yelled at the top of our lungs, but we never go to sleep mad at each other...thats the best part of it all. It is scarey at times, but its worth it! And for the bad that happens, we have some great times together just sitting on the couch watching tv-

how about when they quit a job before they have a new one lined up, and then sit home 24 hours a day doing nothing but smoking cigarettes, playing video games, and surfing the web?
i'm getting mighty tired of it... so i wrote out a list of housework chores to do today... and he actually did them (but not without whining about it first).
yeah, like when I'm doing his laundry, mowing the lawn, grilling (what man doesn't grill? mine!), when he gets up from the dinner table and doesn't clear his plate, I can go on....
OMG my man doesnt grill either ,,,... when his friends come over for BBQ'S they're like why are you doing the grilling !!!

Your welcome ^ I needed to see if I was the only one out there that felt this way!! I know relationships and marraiges take work!
And believe me I know exactly what you mean by not working because FH has a great job making great money and when he broke his ankle last february the doctor said he can go back to work in june and he made excuses till november!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank god they took him back even though he waited that long to go back!!!
But all in all I can't live with out him !!!!!!!

Yes Mdawg, mine didnt quit his job but hurt his neck and went out on workers comp for about 3 months. OMG it drove me crazy. I was like go back to work already! but he did, that was a rough 3 months I'll say that much....he was just home all the time and it was annoying!

Yeah for sure. I thought I was going crazy and made a bad choice when we moved in together, but I have to say its not as rough as it was in the beginnning. Its ALOT of getting used to that person being around 24/7.
