Have you asked the hotel if they can accommodate you in another room until the other guests check out? Ask to speak to the manager or supervisor. Remind them it is your wedding, etc. My mother is a travel agent and sometimes this works-appealing to their romantic and human side- especially if they have other rooms available, it's not like it will be generating income anyway. Worse they can say is no. Also...if they say no, maybe you can pay for the night of the 15th to stay there? Just a thought...if it will make your life easier, in the end it may be worth the extra $ especially if it helps quell the frustration. But first ask them...you never know. I hope it works out.
