the biore strips are good - otherwise, you will have to get a prescription from your dermatologist to try and get rid of them.

I use the biore strips- they work pretty good
I made my hubby use one- wow- it was gross- but his nose was so nice and clean

omg,I did one on my FH too and it was sooo nasty...he needs to do it more often!

it pulled out some HUGE black heads- it was so gross
he wanted to save the strip- but luckily the cleaning lady thru it out-
now I make him do them every few weeks- I do them at lest once a week

I do the nose one right after I get out of the shower- I think it helps b/c of all the steam and heat
