Unfortunately I have seen this before, it does stink that some people have nothing better to do. You do have to watch what you say, this is a public forum and thee things can come back and bite you in the butt.
I hope your FMIL doesn't take it seriously or to heart..
On the other hand, you could say her name and the company she works for and warn people that she lurks and has a habit of using your posts against you.

You should seriously write up a bad post about her skills as an agent and title it as such...I know it's probably not the most adult thing to do, but your MIL is going to be just that for a very, very long time. No reason for some crappy travel agent to be starting family drama!
