I'm clueless as to what wedding band looks good with my E- . (pic in my album) It's has a pave micro band and a princess-cut diamond in the center.

maybe an eternity band? You may be able to find one that matches the micro pave band.
Or you could find a band that you like, doesnt quite match, but it makes you happy, like a simple engraved band.

my only issue with eternity bands is they can not be resized. If for some reason you gain weight or lose weight, there is nothing you can do about it.
Im going to be using my grandparents wedding bands on my wedding day and then we are getting our own bands eventually. Mine is going to match my engagement ring, but only the top portion of the band will have diamonds.

The diamonds dont go all the way around, so it could be sized
