getting a little nervous.......

I had booked a vendor a few months ago....sent them our deposit via personal check......it has since cleared weeks ago and i have still NOT gotten my receipt...................i have called and left messages and NO RESPONSE!!!!!! and this is a liw vendor, who shall remain nameless of course because I can't post the name here......................................let's pray they are on vacation and not with my $$$$!!!!

Yes I wish I could do this but there is no 'office'. So I am waiting patiently..........

No office??? Your check is your reciept, the returned cashed one, so I know that is why alot of people do not give reciepts. My RH did not but I have contract. This vendor should at least call you back. That is the part I don't like.

Yes,

Well, I would normally use the cashed check as the receipt, but i was specifically told by them that they would be sending me a receipt with all the time date info etc.......still no call, I am going to call again tonight........hopefully there is a reasonable explanation...

I would not worry because you do have record that you paid and it was cleared.

If you don't hear from them in a week-I would FM Ron-maybe he can get in touch with them or knows how you can get in touch with them.

true, i don't want to bother him but I will ask if there is anything they can do to mediate if it goes on much longer............thanks for the advice
