getting a little nervous......

not about the wedding.....

but........ately my e-ring has been feeling tight on -- and that's without a wedding ring obviously my worst nightmare is that next Friday when we get married my wedding ring won't fit when FH puts it on.

I feel like I am retaining water like crazy -- what can you do for that?

Stephanie-I wouldn't worry too much...just cut down on salt and drink plenty of water (it has a reverse effect). I also take diurex pills sometimes (not something I would personally recommend for the long term, but we aren't talking very long). I have been on prednisone for 2 weeks and it has prevented me from the prednisone gain!

I wouldn't worry about that much. Just drink plenty of water and watch your sodium intake and you should be fine. I go through that every time of the month and it annoys me. I dont know why god had to give that issue to us. . But you should be fine no need to worry.

thanks ladies! I know the heat affectsw me too but the last few dayshave been cool. one day my ring fits ok and the next day it's tight -- what gives? bring on the water
