getting annoyed..

Ok so i went to look at dresses at both paradise bridal and davids bridal... i chose neither of thoes dresses and yet the women from both stores call at least once a day.. i let it to go voicce mail.. but now their calling my house.. and its getting realyl annoying the only reason i dont talk to them is b/c im really unsure on how to tell them i have decided to go else where b/c they were VERY pushy in the store and i felt RUSHED into a decision hence the reason i went else where.. and i HATE when a vendor says 'well then who did you book/ or where did you choose to go' its none of the business. WHAT DO I DO TO MAKE THEM STOP CALLING. im thinking of having my BM call tomorrow shes good with being pushy right back. anyone else dealing with this?

i would tell them that your wedding is over a year away and you have just decided to take a break from looking for a while

try the bridal suite of centereach ask for barbara she is the best. i was there for lik 3 hours and they didnt rush me atr all. if anything barbara kept bringin me more and more dressses

Just tell them that at the moment you don't know what you want to do yet and you don't want to rush to make a decision and if you decide to go with them you will obviously give them a call.

thanks girls.. ive already purchased a dress but i feel bad saying so.. but i just feel like you've been trying to get a hold of me now for a few weeks and im not answering you so stop calling..LOL sorry i guess im being a b!tch.. but its just getting to be annoying.. and im a caver.. ill sit there an appoligize up and down and then explaing why im doing what im doing... i need to grow a set.

you arent....just politely say I have alread found a dress thank you and hang up. Youd think they would have taken the hint by now!!!!!!!!!

I know how you feel. I always feel bad. This one woman has been trying to call me for 1/2 a year and the next time she calls I've promised myself that I'm going to tell her that the wedding was called off. I'm evil, I know..but I've already told her not to call and she keeps calling!!!

Eww! I would tell them that I went elsewhere but thank you for the constant follow-ups . And if they asked why you went elsewhere tell them that you think they are too pushy and you found better customer service elsewhere. And if they ask you where you went, say MYOB!!!!

Don't be nervous to get up-ity Meg... after them bothering you for who knows how long, they need to be 'put in there place' a little.

I didn't have a problem with Paradise Bridal, but with David's it has been a nightmare, and it's not only them calling me. It's all their affiliates that they've given my number to!! Serisouly, if you go to Davids, just make up your information so tha they leave you the hell alone. I just hang up on the people when they call.

that shappends to me. the woman from bridal reflections call atleast once a week now. I never pick up It always goes to the machine. Hopefully she will get the hint.
