Getting Answers from your BP

Who else feels that getting answers from your BP is like pulling teeth?

Ever since last week or even longer i asked my BP if they would like their hair done with my stylist, it's totally up to them if they want to or not. So the only thing i ask if whether or not they want to use her i need an answer so i can let my stylist know so i can receive my contract. Of course everyone either wants to check out another stylist or just won't answer my calls, emails or texts. So last friday i told them they have to give me an answer by this Friday. One of my BM's is still checking other places and the other won't answer. I told the one that is still checking you have to let me know this is super important so she tells me she just doesn't know so i told her well i will put you down as a no and she ok reluctantly. It's either yes or no by now..jeez. So yea that is my vent lol.

In their mind, they are probably thinking....it's 6 months away and why is she tripping over my hair?

I know that WE know that contracts need to be drawn up, deposits made ect....but until they are our on side of the fence, they wont understand. It's ok, don't take it personal.

I sent out an email to my girls MONTHS ago...only 3 replied. What are you gonna do? Everyone is busy and has their life, they will come through on the big day and that's what matters.


Put them all down as a no for now, maybe as it gets closer- after the shower? They might be more focused and you can always revise the contract then.

yeah I would just say hey I'm booking without you all b/c I need to send the contract in, let me know if you change your mind and I can't guarantee it but I will see what happens. . . sorry you are being frustrated!
