I am starting to get really bummed that I cannot book my RH or ceremony location. Apparently the hotels in Hawaii will not give me dates, prices, availability or rather any information until a year from the wedding. I just wanna do it already. I have some options: hilton hawaiian village (which looks like my fav so far), turtle bay resort, sheraton moana surfrider, or sheraton waikiki. I just hope that these hotels aren't giving me the time of day because they think I am some random tourist, when really my FH is from there

yeah i would make it obvious that FH is from there...just in case, ya know? they all sound like nice choices! things in Hawaii sound a lot different.

I love to travel and alot of places don't allow you to book until a year before. Maybe if you tell them your FH is from there they will cut you some slack.
I'm sure it will all work out...you're just anxious! Rightfully so! I would be too! Feel free to vent to us anytime.

We are thinking about calling back again in June (especially if we are in Hawaii then) or perhaps sending FMIL she'll get it done

OMG that's horrible... You must feel really upset especially listening to us booking everything up already! Don't worry though, everything will work out fine and you will have an amazing wedding! A wedding in Hawaii will be beautiful! I'm jealous!
