Ugh...I tried going today, but it was CLOSED...duh, I should have known that....but hmm, this *****, it's only open from M-F 9-4pm.

That stinks! Seems like they're all like that. Our city hall does it from 9am - 11am & 2pm - 4pm Luckily fh gets home with just enough time to get it. Need to do it this week!

Ugh !! I just realized that.. I am starting a new job and didn't think to say I will need to come inlate one day or leave early to get our license..... They are not going to like this.....

depends the town. You should double check because some do at the very least a couple times a month a longer day. Huntington Town Hall in Suffolk stay open late Fridays (I don't know if it is every Friday) but when it does it is open to about 7pm. I booked a time because space fills up quickly for appointments

i think Town of Oyster Bay closes at 5, but you need to get there by 4:45

They're all different in their requirements so call the one you're going to.
