Aside from a license/passport and birth certificates...do we need to bring anything else with us? Is there anything we need to fill out beforehand to bring?

We didnt fill anything out before hand. Just make sure you bring all the documents needed.

You can fill out the application online ahead of time and bring it with you.
Brookhaven towns website has it on there.

We went to the one in Manhasset - filled out the application when we got there.

We just got ours on Friday We just brought our birth certificates and licenses with us. They had the form there that we filled out. And its a $40 fee, if you pay with cash you need to have the exact amount as they do not give back change. We used our debit card, there was like a $1.50 fee.

when do you have to get it?? Iknow its at least 2 days before your wedding but how early can you get it? and do you both have to be there?

Yup, both need to go...and you can go as early as 60 days before
