Getting Married at Church and Limos

Getting Married at Church and Limos

My day:

Pickup 1pm
Ceremony 2 - 3pm
Pic Taking 4:15 - 5:15pm
Hall Arrival 6pm

What's the most economical way to go about booking limos? The time span between pickup at my home and drop off at hall is 5hrs. I don't want to spend a ridiculous amount of $ on limos. What approach should I use since most companies have a limit of 3hrs before overtime.

What's a good company that will be good, not too expensive.

TIA

I got a 5 hour package from Serenity Limos. It was what we needed and they were more than willing to work with us to suit our needs. All or our drivers were fabulous!

I got a 4 hour package because we didn't need that extra hour before the ceremony. We had:

Pickup at 2
Ceremony at 230
Pics at 430
CH started at 6 and that's when we were dropped off

Do you need the extra time before the ceremony? Where are you getting ready? How far are your pics from your reception hall?

We used Royalty and had a decent price for 5 hours. We eneded up only needing it for 4 though

Photogrpaher and videographer have suggested that with a starting time of 2pm, I should be at church by 1:30pm or so. I'm 15 to minutes away from the church.

My church is in Queens and I'm getting ready at home. We plan on taking pics in Queens and then maybe stop by the Gazebo at Garden CIty if we still have some daylight. Otherwise, we'll go straight to the RH and take pics there.

Before I start calling limo companies, I want to have an idea of what type of package to ask for.

It's a relief to know that they do offer 5hr packages.

I can now start e-mailing/calling companies.

Which do you recommend - call or e-mail?
