hey ladies im not sure where can i get a runner at a decent price for the ceremony at the RH or do they provide them ?

Call the BM at your hall and ask about an aisle runner...sometimes they may not even allow for an aisle runner. just ask if they allow it, and if they can provide it or not.
you can usually find aisle runners online quite easily.
ETA: Wrap with us.com has aisle runners..also just go to ask.com and enter aisle runner and you'll find some

i have extra material from the one i made myself. i can make you one and sell it to you at cost. the material is just sitting in my basement. it would only take me an afternoon to personalize it

Do you want a personalized aisle runner or just a plain one? I got an inexpensive one at Michael's or AC Moore, don't remember which but they both carry the same one.
