I haven't gotten married yet so I am not much help... but I did find this site as a reference.

This is what we are doing:
Photo/video $50 each DJ/MC $50 each Band (for CH): $15-$20 each band member Bridal Attendant $150-$200 Maitre D $300 ($3 pp is what I think the 'going rate' is) Limo $15 each way Hair, m/u: $25- $50 each ( I read that when they come to you and own their own businesses you actually don't have to tip but I am). We are getting married at our RH so we don't have altar boys.
(All of these are variable depending on the level of service the day of!!! For example if the CH band is late, we will not tip them as much...I want them to be playing as guests walk in from the ceremony into CH ).
