Getting married in NYC, should I use a LI florist?
Is this dumb or should I use a city florist? Do florist charge you for the delivery and setup?

Is both the ceremony and reception in NYC? Because if so, I'd say go with someone in NYC, rather than on the Island.
Yes they are both in the city, but I live in LI. I just think that it may be cheaper in LI. Do you think they would add extra charges?
I would say if it is all in the city - go with the city - but remember that some LI vendors have mulitple offices so many you can use their city branch
Actually - I think you can get better deals on flowers in NYC than Long Island. Check out the flower district in Chelsea. Maybe even check out a florist on Staten Island, Brooklyn or Queens who would have better access to NYC and might be a bit cheaper. I really think the flower district is less expensive but this is just what I've heard - I live in NYC and go there for flowers for myself but don't know how it works for weddings.
we are getting married at a chruch in queens and a reception hall on li - and not paying anything extra for delivery - ask when you look at florsits - some will charge you dleivery no matter what....good luck!
