Getting married this weekend.

WOW! I can't believe I can finally say that on this board. I've been on this board since feb. or march and I just can't believe it's almost time to cross to the other side of newlywed land. I am really starting to get butterflies -- a bit stressed -- but most of all excited. It has been such a great experience to share stories, ideas, problems, and stress with you all. I will probably only get a chance to check out this site today and tomorrow. I head up to LI from NC tomorrow night and will get there on Wednesday, and then the wedding blitz begins! The weather still looks good this weekend -- so breath a sigh of relief all September 14-16 brides. Maybe we'll all bump into each other at the mall for last minute items, or at the airport at we head off with our hubbies to our much needed honeymoon! Can't wait to post about my wedding day and continue to read about others! Thanks everyone for all the support along the way. GOOD LUCK to everyone.

Me too! I can't believe it is here. I've been on the board for over a year now and want to thank everyone for all the advice and help on everything. Best of luck to all getting married this weekend and to all future brides with your planning!

Our Big Days have arrived!!!! Enjoy everyone!!!

I am completely distracted at work don't know what detail to work on next. I am sure you are all dealing with the same thing. So far the weather looks nice all the Sept. 14 brides I saw the 5 day forecast this morning and it was clear skies for Friday. Tomorrow is my bid day to hear about Saturday. Well it is time to enjoy all the planning. Remember the good advice from the other brides to take a deep breath and look around and enjoy. This way you can take a mental picture. I did that at the shower and engagement party and am glad I did. Enjoy ladies. Congratulations to you and your soon to be new hubby. Thanks for all the great advice.
