I would like to wear my ivory satin wedding shoes one more time for my California reception....I have terrible feet, and somehow they fit and are pretty comfy. I don't want to die them dark...any suggestions for getting the mud off? I tried dipping the heels in woolite....didn't do much.

Re: getting mud off of satin bride shoes
two days before my wedding i ran across the yard to next door to show my neighbor my wedding shoes and they got mud on the heels! duh. we bleached the tips but the dye came out and the dirt was only faded. so i had ivory shoes with white and gray heels!!! i'd try a professional shoe or dry cleaners. good luck. stinks.

I'm gonna try...I hope they still make the same style. I tried on dozens I couldn't even take a step in, before I found these. I am wearing a long dress and the party is in a nightclub so maybe nobody wlll notice!
