Ok so every year we usually get a real tree. And I was very worried that we might not have a tree this year because with both our work sched we haven't had a chance and the one day we did (yesterday) It was raining cats and dogs. So FH called me before on his break from linens and things and he found a 7.5 ft pre-lit tree for 60 bucks!
So exciting, I love decorating for christmas
I'm jealous! I wanted a fake one...and FH refused. This mroning I can downstairs to the tree toppled over.
oh my god..your tree toppled over?? im sorry but i cant help but laugh...it just remains me of a time i was babysitting this little girl and they had this sneaky cat.. and the cat snuck up behind the tree, jumped into it, and knocked it over..it scared the crap outta me
Last year we wound up getting one that was too big and had to saw the top of it off. Theres still a dirt line along the ceiling in our living from it...

mine fell over as well last year. Lookin forward to a drama free tree year this season
