We are going for our marriage license on Friday and I read that we have to bring 2 proof of age and identity documents. I was wondering, are copies of my birth certificate ok? Or do I need the orignial? TIA!

Within the 5 boroughs you only need a driver's license. In LI i believe you would need the original birth certificate.

I just went yesterday, you need original birth certificate and your license or passport.
