Are my bridemaids going to feel like they have to get their hair and makeup done by the same people I am using? Should I encourage them to use whoever they want the day of? My only concern is that I may choose people who are a bit 'pricey' and I dont want them to feel obligated to use who I am using. What are your opinions on this?

Talk to all of them, and ask them what they feel most comfortable with. I gave my girls the option, and told them to do whatever they felt most comfortable with. All but one of them had their hair professionally styled on the wedding day. However, they all went to separate stylists.
Personally, as an attendant in a wedding party, I would never want to be told that I had to have someone do my makeup or my hair. I would want to choose whatever made me feel most comfortable and at my most beautiful that day. JMO.

No, they shouldn't. You can give them the option, but in no way should they feel they have to use the same people you are. My bridesmaids are going to who is convienient for them.

i just got done asking my girls. all but one is undecided. they are all using Vanessa with me at my moms the day of, however, I did give them the option.
