How are you planning your day of getting ready? Hair in your hotel, or are you going to the salon? I'm trying to work through what's the best way for me and FH to get ready, especially since we'll have the photo people there taking pics of us (one for each of us), and we don't want to see eachother during this time.
Would love to hear how you gals are doing it - for inspiration!

I'm getting ready in a hotel and having hair & makeup come to me. I don't want to run around that day to get ready so I figure it would be more relazxing to just be in one place.

I am going to be getting ready at home and having my hair and makeup come to me. The last thing I want to do on my wedding day is run around like a maniac... I just want to relax and get pampered with my girls at home!

the plan is to get ready in the hotel and this is why i'm working on getting a hair and MU person that travels. But i'm having a hard time finding a person that does it for a reasonable price

I haven't decided if I'm getting ready at home or hotel but I'm definitely having makeup and hair coming to me.

I'll be getting ready at my parent's house and he'll be at our house. I already know my makeup artist is coming to me and I'd really like to have my hair person come to me too. Just think it would be less hectic than going from place to place.

I agree with the ladies here, my FH will hopefully be getting ready NOT at the same hotel. We don't want to see each other...

I am going to be staying at my mom's the night before, so we are going to wake up, have some breakfast and then head over to the salon (unless I find someone to come to the house). After the salon, we are going to come back to the house and wait for the MUA to arrive, do our makeup and then I am going to get dressed.

ill be getting ready at my grandmas house and FH at his parents house...
as of right now i am hoping the hair person will be coming to me... so i wont have to leave the house and risk FH seeing me in the neighborhood ( our parents houses are pretty much around the corner from eachother)

I am getting ready at the hotel we are staying at and he will be with the guys at his dad's house. I really don't want to run around all day - and I am glad that I decided to spend the extra money to have hair and makeup come to me.

Getting ready at the hotel. We live kinda far from our venue, so I'll be staying there the night before. FH will either stay at home or at the house his dad is renting, and the guys will all get ready at that house. We want our BP getting ready with us so we don't have to worry about their arrival or lateness! FH is obsessed with everyone being on time. LOL.
