The venue where I'm having my ceremony and reception doesn't have a bridal suite or a nice area to take pictures. So, I'm thinking it would be a cute idea to get ready at my parents' house and take pictures there before the wedding.
In total, I would have 18 people taking pictures including 4 young children (one will be less than a year old). How would I go about getting everyone to the venue and also getting everyone home after considering there are small children and a baby? Is there a better way? Like getting ready and taking pictures somewhere else? I feel like I'm making this into a much bigger deal than it actually is lol.
My parents' house is in Ronkonkoma and the venue is in Huntington Station, if that helps. Thanks in advance for your help!

Getting ready, pictures, and transportation
Are you getting a limo? If so you can somehow leave your cars at the venue before the wedding, get ready at your moms house take all your photos there and then have a limo take all of you to the venue. If you aren't planning on taking a limo to the venue then you can get ready at your moms drive to the venue and have everyone meet you there for photos. Maybe you can find a pretty corner to take pictures. Does the venue have a fireplace? Maybe you can take some picture in front of the fireplace.
