I'm starting to get really worried that my reception room is waaaay too small. I'm having about 75 people..they cut the room in half [see the curtain in the picture..they cut it in half there] and say the half accomodates 84. Over 84 people you get the whole room. I don't want 84 people but I want that whole room. What do you think will happen if I say I want the whole room. The whole room even looks small for that amount of people. I'm attaching the picture.. Help guys! I'm really upset now!

First, did you guarantee a minimum of less than 84 people which would only qualify you for 1/2 of the room? If not, tell them you are paying for the room and you want it set up for the entire room and not 1/2 of the room and that you will most likely have 86 people. (even if you end up with 80 people - it should not matter - you should get what you paid for.) Good luck

There is no minimun requirement but less than 84 people, you get half the room..more than 84 you get the whole room. I really didn't want more than 75 people tops. I don't know what to do now. The more I look at it online, the smaller it seems.

Is this your room?
I would talk to them right away about getting the whole room. If they won't give it to you, I would pay for the ten extra people just to get it. I would not be happy with that room cut in half, it does look small. Good luck.

Yes, that is it..thank you. I love the place so much but I NEED that whole room. Will they give it to me if I paid for the extra people? I'm going there Saturday to talk to them. It is way too small cut in half.
