Jenn- did you ever decide what to engrave? I still think you should go with the hero quote.. JMO.. and if you find out, lemme know! I think you can just go to a jeweler.. not sure though.

You can definitely just go to a jeweler... i would do that before a place like Things Remembered.... particualrly if there are diamonds or any type of texture in the band.
We got ours done at a booth in Tri-County... $20 a ring.

Awww--thanks for remembering that! I ended up deciding on 'home is with you' because FH actually said something related to that to me recently. We were talking about where we're going to get stationned and I said that I was worried about having to go to Kentucky or something and he said 'baby, it doesnt matter -- as long as we're together we'll be home' So, i figured it would fit nicely to use that one.

Can you take it back to the place where the rings were purchased? I would definitely stick with a jeweler!

The jeweler we got it from doesnt do engraving. I can take it to the jeweler we got my ring from, but I'm just afraid they'd be offended that we didnt buy it from them. But I guess you are right -- its best to take it to a jeweler.

I'll let you know where I do it. I'm going to pick up the ring on Friday and run it over to get it engraved somewhere that same day -- i'll post pics as soon as I bring it back home
