soooo my final RH meeting is on saturday.....ive heard alot of RH's 'throw things in' at the end? how do you go about that?? is it really common??

when we went for our final meeting, i was all set to start asking to get things thrown in but i didn't even have to ask! they just threw it in for us. i love NRC

When we went for our final meeting and to pick the menu, they threw in another menu option without us asking
Never hurts to ask if they don't offer though!!

We asked to have things thrown in when we were signing the contract. We didn't get anything added at our final meeting.

i didnt ask for anything to be thrown in at the final meeting...we did it all before we signed the contract but i think for the most part people get things thrown in if they arent able to meet the minimum....but it cant hurt to ask! see about adding another CH station, or some additional dessert item, or chair covers etc

We had things added/upgraded at our final meeting - we didnt have to ask.
Honestly - I wasn't planning on asking b/c I was pretty happy with what we had already.
If they dont offer doesnt hurt to ask, what's the worst they can say?? No?!?!

We didn't get anything thrown in at the final meeting but we arrived on our wedding day and they had a few surprises for us like the martini bar!

We didn't get any extras thrown in, but we did see more stations at CH, and a bunch of stations at VH that we weren't expecting such as make your own waffles and deepest station, hot soft pretzels, and caramel/candied apples, and cotton candy. It was an awesome surprise when we walked in

At our final meeting we added an 'extra' and after we did that, they threw in another 'extra'. Not sure if they would've thrown anything in otherwise.

We actually went to our tasting for the wedding we are having in 3 weeks... and they are throwing in a whole bunch of things... an extra station at the cocktail hour, instead of sushi at the cocktail - they are bringing in 2 sushi chefs from Nissen, they are throwing in extra pass-arounds, take home desserts, vendor food... and lots of other items.
BTW - i met my bridal attendant... and she is the sweetest girl in the world... if you can try to meet her before your wedding, I highly suggest that.

we didn't get anything added at the RH during our final meeting. we had already done all of that prior to then. However, we were planning on adding some of the options they gave to us once we had our final metting - but we had to pay for them (which was ok, because we knew we would have to pay for them) HOWEVER, the day of the wedding, our BM came up to us and told us that we had like an extra 2 people wh o were not accounted for at the weding - CRASHERS! lol - i have no idea until this day if we didn't count or what beause both DH & I and the director ar the RH counted that listed like 5 times....and they didn't charge us for those 2 extra people (those 2 extra people alone would have cost us another $400)

Nothing extra thrown in at final meeting but there were a few things we wanted to see about adding on that weren't traditional add on 'packages' and we ended up getting a very very good price.
