Since I got the whole 'OUT-OF-TOWN_ weddding thing going for me, every time my boss asks a question, i just remind him frequently that i will not be in the office for 2 1/2 weeks! lol
I'm OOT too....the one time I actually mentioned taking time off around the wedding my supervisor said 'you'd be leaving for NY like the day before the wedding right?' Ummm how about NO? lol
Lmao Ummm how about NO mini me! LOL
Yea i try to throw in more and more each time we talk about it, lol. How many days before the wedding are you planning on arriving? FH and i think We might leave TX Tues night if not then def wed night. Rehearsal Dinner is Friday and wedding is Saturday
My wedding is on a Thursday....so I am playing with the idea of coming to NY on that Friday before the wedding so I have a bunch of days to get situated. OR, working on Monday and flying out on Monday night. I think the Friday idea may be better

Re: Getting time off
I booked my HM this week and I requested it from my boss today. For me, it was best to request it once I knew

I work for the city doing Admin stuff. I'm working on getting a tranfer to FL because there is an office down there that we are affiliated with. I am also looking into becoming a teacher.

Re: Getting time off
Once I get all my days again in January of the new year I am going to request it off so that they are very much aware of all the time I intend on taking off

Re: Getting time off
I'm putting in 6 Months before. I work for a relatively small company so it's no biggie.
