Depends on what your preferences are--- since you aren't quite in the thick of the spring, but not in winter either you can really go with anything. The colors can set the mood of the wedding, so go with something that represents your personality.
Navy blue & light blue
chocolate brown & pink
Platinum & Blue
Black, White, Red
Purple & Silver
Lilac & Yellow

I am also getting married in March but more towards the end of it. I think you can choose whatever colors you want. I plan to do blue and brown (most likely ice blue and chocolate brown). I figured that it could work for that in-between winter and spring time. Good luck choosing!
