Nikolas supposedly dies in the fire.

I think what happens is he makes it to the roof but only seconds after the helicopter leaves and they do not see him.

I got it off a website that says that that doesn't even happen until NEXT week. It might jsut be a rumor.

I hope so. I like this actor.

I am a huge GH fan and was wondering if anyone is growing increasingly uneasy about this current fire storyline- maybe it's that i worked across the street from the WTC and was there on 9/11 - I KNOW it's TV but I just can't watch it! Just a thought and was wondering if fellow NY GHers felt the same. . .

edited to add: obviously the GH storyline does not involve terrorism or airlines BUT what it does involve is people being trapped in a highrise with no way out trying to escape from fire, deciding whether to go up or down and trying to escape via helicopter from the roof. I know others i have spoke to feel uneasy about it but I wanted to see if others did as well . . .

Now, back to GH gossip = I will be devestated if Sonny dies!

I don't feel that way only because the fire is not the same nor close to it so that really doesn't cross my mind.

There was a book on Robyn's diary I so did not know that, I remember at the end of stones death he could see Robyn....OH MY WORD I Sobbed and sobbed and so on it took me a while to get over that one!

Very interesting point tanbride. Now that I think about it is kind of eery. True that it's not due to terrorism but these people are stuck in a high rise burning building with people trying to escape from the roof. How's this for an eery reminder of 911: the helicopter can't get to the roof because of the high winds, much like the ones that couldn't get tot the roof of the WTC. I feel for anyone who was part of that nightmare and I wouldn't blame them for feeling uncomfortable about this GH storyline.....

Back to GH gossip: Nikolas and Emily annoy the **** out of me and she was a fool to dump zander for boring Nicholas. What happened to Mac??????? I didn't watch it Friday and all i saw was Maxie crying hysterically last night.

Thanks ladies - i was begiining to wonder if just my friend and i only felt this way about the plotline.

As for GH: Is Alexis insane for telling Carley?
I read that Felicia is coming back in March - could the be because Mac dies?! I hope not!
I think Maxie was hysterical b/c she new Zander was hiding in the basement and now she thinks he's gone. I think there was a scene where they took Mac to the hospital but they shoot the scenes so dark, it's hard to tell.

Didn't carly already know that sonny is the father of Alexis's baby. In fact there was a scene with her and carly back when Alexis's sister died and carly was asking how she was holding up because it was sonny's baby??? i'm confused?????????????

Did Zander start that fire?

Ned and Alexis realized that Carly was too close to the truth which is why they cooked up the paternity thing saying that Christina was Ned's.

No Zander didnt start the fire. It was caused by an overloaded eletrical system.

I have been having 9/11 flashbacks while watching GH too but it is the only time I have cared at all about what the heck happens on the show for a long time.

Sage- I have not seen a teenage ho like this is forever.

I think the Quartermaines so leave them alone New Emoly annoys me way too much, so off she goes IMO but then she just survived breast cancer so that wouldn't be very fair at all.
