I don't have a picture of mine, but I had the Lillian Vernon one. Mine looked like this one, but my aunt decorated it with fake flowers...

Re: gift card holders

I bought 3 different size hat boxes on ebay then covered them in white contact paper.
My dad cut the boxes so the cards would fall to the bottom and cut a slit on the top.
I hot glued the tops to the bottoms and each box together.
Then I didnt like the way the contact paper looked so I tried wallpaper but couldnt do it. Then I used ribbon to make the striped affect b/c the contact paper was just too flat.
My mom and sister helped with the ribbon. My mom suggested the tulle on every layer and on the top. I added the bows that match the girls dresses and added the balls on top to add something to it.
And wala [sp?] there it is.
Any questions fm me. I am glad to help.
Now I am sad I sold it.

P.s. I got the idea from the Lillian Vernon catalog and thought up the materials myself.
The hardest thing to find was the hat boxes in sizes that were big enough and didnt cost too much.
