No problem - just not sure how to say it graciously/thankfully.

if you are worried about saying thank you then it doesnt really matter how you send her your registry info...
i would just say im registered at ______ but dont feel obligated to buy something... (or something along those lines)

Re: gift etiquette
I agree with the other girls about the website. That might be the best way, this way she has all the information. Is she invited to the wedding?
Or you can say 'We're registered at ______. Here is our wedding website. Feel free to check it out. It has all the information about the wedding.'
Making a comment such as 'please don't feel obiligated to buy me anything' is GREAT BUT she might not be buying you something, she might just want to look.

That's what I would have done if it were me - just looked around. She is invited so I'm assuming she's looking for a gift for the wedding (it's in 2 weeks so I can't imagine it's a shower-type gift).

I got asked the same question by my boss, and I just said at BBB. nothing to feel awkward about. when the gift arrived I wrote a very long thank u email to all the partners HTH

Definitely helps. It's prob just awkward bc we're not that close even though we've worked together for years. Nothing bad - just strictly business. I was on the fence for ages about even inviting her bc I didn't know if it would be well received.
