FH's parents threw us our engagment party this past Saturday. We are trying to think of a thoughtful, yet very useful gift as a thank you. Not sure what we should do. Any ideas?

Thanks for the suggestions. I'm trying to think of something sentimental, but useful. Maybe a wine tasting tour or a boat ride or one of those experience trips.
