Gift for MOH???

Hello Ladies

My sister-in-law is my MOH, and I have no idea what to get her as a gift. I don't want to buy her jewelry for the wedding day, because she already has such beautiful jewelry to wear. I bought the rest of the bridal party their jewelry, but I really want to get my MOH something really special, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

My MOH is my sister and I brought her jewerly to wear the day of the wedding, a sister frame and this MOH hankie.
