I am looking to get my parents (4 sets of parents) something small as a token of thanks. We want to get them all the same, if not similar, gifts.
My thought is a nice picture frame. Does anyone have any good ideas???

We gave each set of parents a gift certificate to dinner. We figured they could use a night out to relax on us after all they did.

I think we are going to do the same.. along the same lines that I was thinking of- a gift cert for a night in a B&B.. or a spa treatment, etc.
Something that is about them, and treating them to something special.

I think for my parents and FH's mom and husband we want to send them on a cruise around manhattan. They've both said that they want to do it, so I thought it would be perfect. For FFIL and his wife, we'll probably get them a gift cert. to a restaurant. I think for all of them we'll get picture frames of pix of them and us when we were kids and of us now.

Both my mother and FMIL are really into the Royal Doulton and LLadro statues, so I am hoping to buy them each one of a beautiful lady dressed up - representing them. I can get the smaller size ones at Costco here for under $100. HHHmmm..the dads...I don't know yet!!! I would love to get some ideas for them too...perhaps something for golf.
