next month is my parents' 40th wedding anniversary. i want to get them something nice, but with the wedding, i am low in funds.
any suggestions?!

A hotel somewhere (like a mini vacation?). You could locate a picture of them from their wedding and it framed or something, or like a double frame with their picture and then you could put your pic in the other side from your wedding?

A weekend away with the immediate family. They may appreciate the time spent together. You don't have to fly anywhere - some place close.

my mom just turned 50 the other day & as a gift we got together for a picture.
My parents have 4 kids & 3 of us have spouses & my brother also has a 2 month old baby. So all 8 of us got together & we took a family pic. My aunt is making it into a 8 x 10 and putting it in a frame & we are acutally giving it to her today! CANT WAIT!

my dad is actually taking my mom to see jersey boys and out to dinner (they never ever go into the city except for work) so maybe i'll get them a hotel room to spend the night!
