Gift Ideas for Newborn

My friends just had their baby boy....6 weeks early (and, believe it or not, he weighed almost 7lbs)!!! Now I'm scrambling to find a gift for them...preferably something I can order on-line that will be delivered, as they live out-of-state.
Anyone have any good, original ideas???
