Gift ideas for Newborn baby

My friends just had their baby boy....6 weeks early (and, believe it or not, he weighed almost 7lbs)!!! Now I'm scrambling to find a gift for them...preferably something I can order on-line that will be delivered, as they live out-of-state.
Anyone have any good, original ideas??? We don't have a lot to spend but we want to send them something they really need.

I always like to buy babies books. I just think it is cute.

Yes, they're registered at Target. I was thinking of getting them a gift basket....all the ones I've seen so far are either really expensive or really cheezy!!

I've done the books before, or onesies. Seems people can never have enough of those.

Gift baskets are always an awesome gift. You can put something together yourself...some onesies, some books, etc. I think it would be a really thoughtful gift.

oldnavy.com...my best friend swears by their clothes for the baby. Otherwise...how about a Vermont Teddy Bear or something that the adults can enjoy like from hersheys.com???
