Ok...I'm not suppose to know this...but my MOH and BMs are having my Bridal Shower at my MOH's mom's house. I've known her mom since I was in 7th grade and we're inviting her to the wedding. I feel like I should get her a little something (of course I wouldnt give it to her until after the shower) to show my appreciation for her having all those people into her home for my shower....it was sooo sweet of her to offer her house.
Any suggestions on a gift idea, or is it not necessary to give one?

I knew about my shower ahead of time and my aunt held it in her house and I know she loves wine, so I bought her 3 bottles of pindar wine as a thank you.

My BM's mom helped me out alot with wedding planning and both her parents were invited to the wedding as well. As a thank you I invited her to the BM luncheon and got her a bottle of this wine from chile that she loves

I think it's unnecessary but a very nice gesture. Like the other girls said, maybe a bottle of wine or something for the house.

I would do it after the party (especially if you're not supposed to know). I'd probably send a really nice arrangement of flowers or a nice plant... but I think wine works, too - but I'm biased!
