Hi ladies, long story short, I live in NY and 99% of my guest do too and my shower will be in NY but by the time of the shower/wedding I will be living in FL. I am in the process of putting together our website, should I state on the site that we would prefer for out gifts to be mailed to our house in FL in a nice little note on the site. I give people much credit by thinking that they would know to do that but people never cease to amaze me.

Maybe ask whoever is throwing your shower to put it on the invite that you'd like gifts sent to your home. I guess you could put it on the website too, but I'm not sure I would.

Now that I'm thinking about it, why even have a shower if there are no gifts to open ....
