Nope. My girls did get me like a crown and a sash and as a surprise they had balloons, champagne, and flowers delivered to our hotel room, but no gifts.

Im not sure. I only went to one and we brought little silly gifts...like candy nippple tassles from Spencers. Not everyone brought gifts though. Im not sure on this one, sorry.

i got a few bride/b-party shirts, sash, crown, glasses, etc
i plan on giving similar stuff for the next few b-parties i go to

One of my girls brought a whole bunch of stuff - a tiara with a veil, big pink light up ring, a lei, and another brought a candy penis bracelet.
ETA: One of my BM's also bought me lingerie, lol

I think it depends. I have been to B-parties where we were asked to bring a sexy pair of underwear for the bride. But other than that no, no gifts.
