I am totally stumped here. We are giving them pictures but I want to do something in addition. They really don't need 'more stuff'. Any Ideas?
This is my problem also. My mother is by herself and my dad is remarried. Neither is helping with the finances, since my FH & myself are doing it all.(I should say my mother offered, but really doesn't have it, and my father, nothing at all!) So if anything, I was thinking along the lines of a small photo album for the copies of pics I get back from the wedding or also a gift certificate to their favorite store or resturant. I think this will serve just fine for my situation. Just a thought.
For my mother a complementary peice of jewelry that matches the bridal party.
We're getting my mom a Wishbowl (same one that I got all 5 of my sisters and me), a handkerchief w/ poem (she's a big crybaby like me) & something from our honeymoon (TBD).
We have no idea (thank you, husband-to-be)what to get FMIL!!!
Unfortunately, both of our dads are deceased :(
