FH and I are having 2 readers at the wedding ceremony who will be invited to the RD. We are handing out all the gifts at the RD for the bridal party. We have gifts for the BP, RBs and parents. Do we have to get the readers a little something too? I feel bad that everyone else that is a part of the wedding gets something and they dont. Is this necessary?
What would you even get them?

Yes I would get them gifts. I know my future-sister-in-law got a couple that had both read, personalized wine glasses and tray. It was really cute. Pretty sure she got them at www.personalcreations.com
They have other great things on the site too. But I would def. get them something.

I've been a reader twice. The first time, no gift. The second time, I got a 100 gc to a restuarant. I was actually a little taken a back by the gc it was way too much. I'm thinking a bottle of wine, a monogrammed vase, something along that line.
My aunt is one of my readers and she loves Jim shore stuff so I bought her a Jim Shore angel that was llike $40 and nicks God Mother s our other reader and we got her a Lenox birthstone angel

wow.. I didnt even know that the readers got a gift ... does it count if they are reading at the RH ceremony and not a church?

We have my cousin reading and steves grandma reading. Im not sure what to get either one of them. If I ask FMIL about FHs grandma (her mother) she wil slip and tell the grandma that she is getting a gift and I like when its a surprise

Saw that you needed a gift for fh's grandma, we got this frame for FH's grandma. It's personalized with our names on it and we figured we would put a wedding picture of the three of us in it
And the other image is the wine tray and glasses that i had mentioned above
